Question by Helpfull: Diets that work and are free?
Hey, i would like to lose some weight. I dont want to use any of these fancy diets you have to pay for. Some good exercizes and diet tips please?

It’s very simple.

– Avoid fast food, junk food, candy, soda, juices
– Read the label before you eat something to see how many calories, sugars, and carbs it has (for example a can of Coca-Cola has 140 calories)
– Try to eat more meats and vegetables in comparison to carbs like rice, pasta, and breads

You don’t have to be fancy and get a Weight Watchers program or anything like that to lose weight; all you need to do is be disciplined when your friends suggest McDonalds, when you’re hanging out with friends and they pass around sodas and chips, and be a little smarter about what you eat at home and in restaurants. Weight loss is 10% knowledge and 90% heart and discipline. The reason why 90% of people who want to lose weight fail, is because they couldn’t give up McNuggets and soda.
