Question by : How can I lose weight by eating very small amounts of food once a day?
I eat very small amounts of food a day and I exercise nearly twice a day and I still find I never lose as much weight as I want to. How can I lose weight by not eating very much and exercising. I am very overweight and I don’t want to be anorexic I just want to lose weight.

You need to eat small amounts of food throughout the day.

Eating too few calories and too little will put your body into starvation mode and it will save all it can.
